Sew Cute Tuesday

Better Off Thread

Hey, It’s Tuesday!
Is everyone getting ready for back to school time?  My kids are too young for that yet, but I do still enjoy looking at school supplies.
Yesterday, My very first Moda Bakeshop quilt was made available for free download.  You can check it out over at Moda.  I’m busy getting quilts ready for various babies and birthday right now!

You guys are making it hard for me to choose what to feature each week!  Here are a few amazing items from last week:

Emily dress brynnberlee designs 2

Jane at Lil Pip made these sweet Brynnberlee Emily Dresses and has a great review of the pattern on her blog.  I love the inset belt and the shoulder ties.  The models are adorable, too!

This lovely Kaleidoscope pillow was made by Julie at 627 Handworks. I love the polka-dot background and the pillow lining is such a fun touch (check out her blog for photos!)

Ho cute is this little little Kea made by Michelle at Squeek Crafts? The pattern is by Juliet at Tartankiwi (I love her blog!) and Michelle did a lovely job with the paper-piecing and the fabrics she chose are perfect! Check out her blog for details on the pattern.

It’s time to link-up your projects from the past week!

• Sewing projects only (that includes crochet, knitting and anything with fabric and thread!)

•Please be sure to visit a couple other blogs in the link-up and give them some love.

• Link back to my blog and help spread the word about Sew Cute Tuesday

  1. Janice, you totally made my day! Thank you so much for the kinds words.

I love your pattern for the Bake Shop. The diamond shapes really change up a zig-zag and make it even more interesting to look at. And the Sunnyside fabric is awesome!
