Fat Quarterly Issue 14: Summer

5 Aug

extraphoto2

The Issue 14 of Fat Quarterly is out today and I am thrilled to say that the pattern for my “No Strings Attached” Quilt is in it!

Screen Shot 2013-08-05 at 6.52.07 AM

I had so much fun designing and sewing this quilt that I made TWO.  Featured in Fat Quarterly is a 59″x 71″ couch quilt made with Indian Summer by Sarah Watson.

I also made a smaller, baby quilt, version using Don’t Be Crabby, by Laurie Wisbrun and various solids.

Because two isn’t enough, I still want to make yet another version, using only scraps.  This quilt will utilize even your tiniest scraps and the giant triangles make it go together quickly.

Head on over and check out the issue!

I read your pattern this morning in the issue, and it is lovely. I also love how it sets off the palette in the Indian Summer prints so nicely.

Hi there! I looked for the pattern for this beautiful quilt in your shop, and it isn’t available. Sadly, the link to Fat Quarterly goes to a non-quilting site now. Could you make the pattern available in your shop, please? Thank you!!

Hello. I realize this was posted ten years ago, I have done some online searching…I’d like to have this pattern as my daughter has picked it off of Pinterest as one she would like for a graduation gift. Is there a chance you could send me a copy at the email I sign with? Thanks so much!
