It’s time for Sew Cute Tuesday!
Wow, I haven’t blogged once since last Sew Cute Tuesday. How embarrassing! My husband and I have been very busy getting the backyard ready for summer (it needs a LOT of work after being away for 3 years) and I am hand-quilting in the evenings (so slow!).
I’m enjoying seeing all the eye candy everyone is posting, though! There were some great projects last week. Here are a few:
•••
Lucy from Needle and Ladle made these gorgeous slippers. Did you read that? SHE MADE SLIPPERS! I am fully impressed and if you check out her blog, she has a great little tutorial on how to make your own!
Amanda at The Patchsmith designed and created this fun beach hut mug rug. I love the story of how she came up with the design. Check out her blog to find out!
I love this Market Tote made by Michelle at Factotum of Arts. It’s so cheerful and I adore bags made using the quilt-as-you-go technique. I can picture strolling through a sunny Sunday farmer’s market, picking out veggies and flowers, with this bag slung over my shoulder (wouldn’t it be nice to have time to do that?).

It’s time to link-up your projects from the past week!
• Sewing projects only (that includes crochet, knitting and anything with fabric and thread!)
•Please be sure to visit a couple other blogs in the link-up and give them some love.
• Link back to my blog and help spread the word about Sew Cute Tuesday!

Right now it seems like WordPress is the preferred blogging platform out there right now.
(from what I’ve read) Is that what you’re using on your blog?
